c) Device & Usage Information
We may collect your IP address, device type, operating system, app usage data, browser type, and interactions with platform features.
d) Location Data
With permission, SwipeStage may collect approximate location data to show nearby live events and recommend artists performing in your city. You may disable location permissions at any time through your device settings.
2. How We Use Your Information
We may use collected information to create and manage user accounts, enable ticket purchases and payouts, provide music preview functionality, display event listings, improve platform performance, prevent fraud or misuse, communicate platform updates, provide customer or artist support, and comply with legal obligations.
3. Artist Content
Artists may upload music previews, promotional materials, or event-related content. This content may be displayed to fans within the app, streamed as preview audio, and used for promotional purposes within SwipeStage. SwipeStage does not claim ownership of uploaded content.

SwipeStage may use third-party services for payment processing, hosting and data storage, analytics, and authentication services. These third parties may process personal data in accordance with their own privacy policies.

SwipeStage does not sell personal information. We may share data with payment providers to process transactions, with event organizers when tickets are purchased, with legal authorities when required by law, and to protect the safety of users or prevent fraud.
