Refund Policy
This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for tickets purchased through SwipeStage.
SwipeStage is a technology platform that allows artists and event organizers to sell tickets directly to fans. SwipeStage does not organize or host events unless explicitly stated.
By purchasing tickets through SwipeStage, you agree to this Refund Policy.
1. General Policy
All ticket purchases made through SwipeStage are final and non-refundable, unless the event is canceled by the organizer, a refund is required by applicable law, or the organizer has explicitly enabled refunds for the event. Refund eligibility is determined by the event organizer.
2. Event Cancellation
If an event is officially canceled by the artist or organizer, ticket holders may be eligible for a refund of the ticket price paid. SwipeStage's platform fees may be non-refundable unless required by law. Refunds, if approved, will be processed back to the original method of payment.
3. Event Rescheduling
If an event is rescheduled, your ticket will typically remain valid for the new date. Refunds may not be available unless offered by the organizer. Please contact the event organizer directly regarding refund eligibility for rescheduled events.
4. Changes to Lineup or Venue
Refunds are not guaranteed for changes in artist lineup, venue changes, or minor schedule adjustments. These decisions are made at the discretion of the event organizer.
5. Duplicate or Accidental Purchases
Refund requests for duplicate or accidental purchases must be submitted within 48 hours of the original purchase. Requests made after this period may not be eligible for review.
6. Fraudulent or Unauthorized Transactions
If you believe a purchase was made fraudulently, please contact SwipeStage support immediately at support@swipestage.com. We will investigate such claims in coordination with our payment providers.
7. Processing Time
Approved refunds may take 5–10 business days to be processed, with additional time depending on your financial institution. SwipeStage is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment providers.
8. Dispute Resolution
SwipeStage may assist in resolving disputes between ticket buyers and event organizers but does not guarantee refunds unless required by law.
